  • Agency functions and scope are limited

• BearLakers are Constant & Committed,

  • Citizens hold the ultimate responsibility

  • We can act with more flexibility and speed

• Teaming-up, we accomplish more together

We need to be organized to be effective… Provide Structure for Leadership

Strategize for Long-term goals and Short-term Plans Enforce the Settlement Agreements

Constant in watching the Lake and the Law Consistently at the table

Perpetually seeking facts, holding history and dispensing knowledge
